IN REGARD TO NEEDLE DETECTIVE OPERATION:

1. Consecutive detection of the needle is possible as it is deigned that the non-defective products will pass through when you put the products to be detected in order onto the conveyor in rotation.

2.When the device has sensed such a material as the broken needle during the needle detective operation,the buzzer will sound and the belt conveyor will stop and the defective prouduts will be returned to your side,The materials like a broken needle will be displayed by the lamp,telling you the position.

3 Make sure of the positon of the materials to be detected in regard to the products mixed with them,and remove iron pieces and so on.Then don’t fail to detect the needles within.(There may be a case when 2 or 3 piesces of needle are contained within the products.Don’t fail to detect the needles for certification.)


MATTERS THAT DEMAND SPECIAL ATTENTION AT THE TIME OF NEEDLE DETECTION

1. Don’t fail to pass the material to be detected through.the needle detector within the width of its guide concerning that needle detective operation.It is impossible to be detect the material when it protrudes out of the guide.And the material to be detected is desirable to pass through the center of the guide sa near as possible.In the case when erroneous movements have taken place because of disturbance of the electricity and the magnetism,the extremity of the both sides of the belt of the detective position lamp will light up for the distinction.

2. Lower surface of the detective head above the belt is covered with strong magnetism.Remove the staple or broken needles adhered to it using the adhesive tape and others for the prevention of erroneous movements.

3. Take metalic materials away in the case when they are adhered onto the convey or belt,as the detective position lamp is designed to light upper every round of the belt for certification.

4. Clean up the products detective sensor portion lest the dust should pile up on it.The conveyor in motion will stop moving in 5 seconds,when the optical axis of the sensor has been dislocated or when the sensor has been in trouble and the buzzer will sound for 5 seconds.Even if you press the convreor drive switch,the buzzer will sound metalic,telling you that ten conveyor refuses to move.After the insperction of the sensor you should re-inspect the products that have passed through 5 seconds before the trouble.

5. Don’t disassesemble,repair nor reform the machine,witch is a precision Instrument.

Never give shocks and others to be machine.
